World Cup Dresden takes place without spectators
News - 27.11.2020
Based on the new Corona Protection Ordinance of the Free State of Saxony, the COOP FIS Cross-Country World Cup Dresden will take place on December 19 and 20, 2020 without spectators.
“It is sad, but we fully support the decision. Nevertheless, we will ensure that the athletes experience a great atmosphere in Dresden,”said World Cup organizer René Kindermann.
Since the COOP FIS Cross Country World Cup Dresden is a competitive sport, the races on the Königsufer, like other competitions by professional athletes, generally take place.
People who have already bought tickets for the Ski World Cup will be reimbursed the ticket price or can donate the amount paid.
As usual, fans can watch the sprint races on the banks of the Elbe on TV.
